Well, we’ve just stumbled upon this handy infographic from Prevention Magazine with a simple mix and match formula for creating your own unique recipes.
They’ve put the ingredients into five main categories: proteins, vegetables, liquids, herbs and flavour boosters. Just choose your favourite ingredient from each category.
To cook, saute the veggies in oil, add all of the other ingredients, bring to the boil for a couple of minutes, and then pop the inner pot into the insulated outer pot for energy-efficient cooking. Too easy!
